Taking place in the post-apocalyptic dystopia of Florida's swamplands, the film follows the Savant survivalist, Frank Mary Dillard. 

A long-time loner, Frank is hell-bent on broadcasting several years worth of his audio recordings to the world to take revenge on all those who made him feel inferior in the old world. Furthermore, since moving to Florida, Frank has formed a partnership with the local cannibalistic cult, the Eyemen. This group of murderous, alligator-skin-mask-wearing occultists promise to not kill Frank and provide him with supplies from their caravan raids in exchange for whatever survivors or refugees he encounters at his remote home.  

Handing over lives for safety is something Frank has long become desensitized to— that is until Ellie shows up at his front door. 

Follow the story of Red Light Bayou and Frank as he puts his own life at risk to shelter the girl of his dreams from the cult lurking around at every corner. And don’t worry, there are more laughs than there are murders… I think.
