Who is Jeff?
Discovered in Nigeria as a boy during the 1994 World Cup, Jeff was brought to the Carlisle School and immediately showed supernatural prowess. The limits to Jeff’s powers are unknown, especially given his superpowers change depending on the music he is listening to.
The highest ranking Carlisle School graduate of all-time, Jeff is the only domestic to ever be given the title of Loyalist.
